4. Point Scope
The rent amount converts into standard points.
Conversion rate: 1 RMB = 1 point.
Calculation period for the accumulation of the points: 12 months.
Member accounts failing to use or generate points within 12 months are considered inactive. The point credits of inactive member accounts will be erased automatically at the end of the 12th month.
The administration system informs Shine members about the account status change on the first day of the 22nd month of inactivity. Shine members responding to the message before deletion of their points may request the preservation of their credit for consumption/use (check-in) within the next 1-3 months.
Regulations for Business Members of Grand Tower Hotel
1. shandong Grand Tower Hotel has the right to decide qualification of Business Members of Grand Tower Hotel category of preferential treatment and service content for them according to the actual situation.
2. All of preferential treatment items, services, articles and detailed rules in the Business Plan of Grand Tower Hotel are only applicable for shandong Grand Tower Hotel.
3. The articles and detailed rules for business Members of Grand Tower Hotel shall be in conformity with relevant laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China.
4. If any Business Member or applicant of Grand Tower Hotel is in breach of laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China, the membership or qualification of applicant will be revoked.
5. This plan is open ended. If shandong Grand Tower Hotel decides to terminate the plan, it may declare to terminate the services for Business Members with or without prior written notice. Business Members may continue to enjoy preferential treatments and services of the plan within six months after the Business Plan’s declared termination.
6. Shandong Grand Tower Hotel has the right to supplement, modify, alter or cancel any or all articles, detailed rules, or service programs, on its own discretion, with or without prior notice.
7. The Business Plan membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 old (individuals who have been accepted as guests of shandong Grand Tower Hotel and have accepted the relevant detailed rules and conditions of the Business Plan). Enterprises, corporations, organizations or other entities are not eligible for membership.
8. The membership of Business Plan is not transferable.
9. Business Plan points belong to the member who generated the credit. Points are not transferable.
10. Points may only convert into services or benefits other than any currency equivalents. For points not converted after the termination of the plan or automatic cancellation of membership, the hotel will not be liable for any form of compensation.
11. The guest room charge of a Business Member occurred in shandong Grand Tower Hotel may be converted into his points at the conversion rate RMB 1 = 1 point.
12. Once the points are converted, the corresponding points will be deducted from the account of this member.
13. A member can use his points to exchange accommodation in this hotel, provided that reservation is made and confirmed by this hotel. If a member withdraws his reservation of guest room before deadline, his points will not be deducted. However, if a member fails to cancel his reservation of accommodation before the deadline for reservation, and he has not used the reservation (empty room), or he cancels to convert reservation for accommodation after the deadline for reservation, the points equal to room booking for first night will be deducted from his member account.
14. For any and all disputes relating to points, shandong Grand Tower Hotel has the final discretion.
15. Guests having been granted membership according to the articles and detailed rules of Business Plan may enjoy any preferential treatment and service of Business Plan after check-in at shandong Grand Tower Hotel.
16. To benefit from the Business Plan of shandong Grand Tower Hotel, members must indicate their membership and disclose the card number at the time of the room reservation, and produce the Business Member Card during check-in procedures.
17. While shandong Grand Tower Hotel strives to ensure that all Business Members can enjoy all benefits of the Business Plan, shandong Grand Tower Hotel is not be liable to compensate members if any plan benefits are unavailable for any reason.
18. shandong Grand Tower Hotel has the right to terminate the qualification of any member who conducts any activity not in conformity with the articles / detailed rules and / or the original purpose of this plan. shandong Grand Tower Hotel also has the right to terminate the qualification of any member who conducts any activity not in conformity with local regulations and rules. Any member, if his membership is terminated, will not enjoy any preferential treatment or service stated in this plan.
19. If any member has not performed check-in at shandong Grand Tower Hotel within 12 consecutive months, shandong Grand Tower Hotel will not reserve his membership again and he will not enjoy any preferential treatment or service of Business Plan. He may check in shandong Grand Tower Hotel to restore his membership to the level of Silver Card.
20. shandong Grand Tower Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation to Business Plan.

Upgrade of Member Card
1. Member, who owns Silver Card, will become Gold card member when his consuming score reach 8,000, he/she can enjoy the rights of Gold and the card, will be upgraded automatically in 24 hours by system. The scores will be zero-cleaned.
2. Member, who owns Gold Card, will become Platinum card member when his consuming score reach 30,000, he/she can enjoy the rights of platinum and the card, will be upgraded automatically in 24 hours by system. The scores will be zero-cleaned.
3. Member, who owns platinum Card, will become Diamond card member when his consuming score reach 50,000, he/she can enjoy the rights of Diamond and the card, will be upgraded automatically in 24 hours by system. The scores will be zero-cleaned.
